WHAT WE DO
Connect with high quality instructors in your area
Our Youth and Emerging Artist programs utilize the collective resources of the concert percussion community to address equity, diversity, and inclusion in our field through advocacy, mentorship, professional development, individual and group sessions, access to equipment and/or facilities, and financial support. NDCP Youth and Emerging Artists will benefit from the knowledge, experience, and resources of the NDCP Professional Members. In addition to these programs, our NDCP Guidance Counselor services are available to all underrepresented and underserved percussion students and their educators.
